LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises: Hip & Square Limited, Maltongate, Thornton le Dale, North Yorkshire, YO18 7LF. Notice is given that Hip & Square Limited has applied to Ryedale District Council Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003. The Licensable activities are: The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7ZG. Representations must be received by the date: 1 March 2020. (Not to be less than 28 days, starting on the day after the application was given to the Licensing Authority). The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
