Notice is hereby given pursuant to Schedule 2, Clause 14 of the Charity's Declaration of Trust, that a meeting will be held at 4.00pm on Sunday, 9 October 2022 at The Village Hall, Yedingham for the purpose of voting on motions to: dispose of the Village Hall & Land; amend the purpose of the Charity; and change the name of the Charity. Attendance and voting at the meeting is strictly limited to those of eighteen years or upwards, currently residing in the Parish of Yedingham, as it existed in 1950. Motions will be passed only if a majority of those voting in person, vote in favour. The governing document of the Charity precludes voting by proxy.
