WHERE AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT IS SUBMITTED AFTER THE PLANNING APPLICATION

The Westerleigh Group Limited submitted a planning application (reference: 20/01195/MFUL) for planning permission on 7 December 2020 for the erection of a crematorium with associated access, parking, memorial gardens and landscaping. At: Land west of Gravel Pit farm, Sand Hutton to Black Dike Plantation, Sand Hutton, North Yorkshire.

A copy of the application, any accompanying plan and other documents, and a copy of the environmental statement may be inspected by members of the public at all reasonable hours (9am - 4pm) at the offices of Ryedale District Council, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, North Yorkshire, YO17 7HH from xxxxx until xxxxxxx.
