THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTIONS 14(1) AND 16(1). THE BOLTON (BARROWS COURT, BACK NEWPORT STREET AND BACK JOHNSON STREET, BOLTON) (TEMPORARY CLOSURES) (NO.103) ORDER 2016
The Borough Council of Bolton intends to make an Order not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, the effect of which, being operative from 16 December 2016, will be to prohibit all pedestrian and vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, standing, waiting, loading or unloading or otherwise remaining at rest in Barrows Court from its junction with Newport St for a distance of 17m in an easterly direction, Bk Johnson St from a point 10m west of its junction with Johnson St for a distance of 11metres in a westerly direction and Bk Newport St from a point 9m east of its junction with Newport St for a distance of 10m in an easterly direction. This order is necessary due to ongoing construction works and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever is first to occur.
