THE BOLTON (BOLLINGS YARD) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.30) ORDER 2018
The Borough Council of Bolton has made an order, the effect of which, being operative from 16 February 2018, will be to prohibit all vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, standing, waiting, loading, unloading or otherwise remaining at rest in Boilings Yard, from Johnson St for 25m in an easterly direction. The order is necessary due to construction works which will last for approximately 18 months and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
