THE BOLTON (FERNSIDE, KEARSLEY) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.51) ORDER 2018
The Council intends to make an order not less than seven days from this date, the effect of which, being operative from 16 April 218, will be to prohibit all vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, standing, waiting, loading, unloading or otherwise remaining at rest in Fernside from Hulme Road to Ashwood. Alternative route will be via Ringley Meadows. The order is necessary due to electricity works which will last for approximately 4 weeks and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
