The Church Commissioners have prepared a draft scheme providing for the sale of the closed church building of Knapton St Edmund and the churchyard for use as a monument and for cultural and community purposes and purposes ancillary thereto.A copy of the draft Scheme may be inspected at Knapton Hall, East Knapton, Malton YO17 8HZ. You may also access the draft Scheme at www.churchofengland.org/consultation or inspect a copy during normal office hours at the Church Commissioners’ office by applying to Emma Cosgrif. Large print and/or audio copies are available on request.
