THE BOLTON (ON-STREET DESIGNATED PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2013 (BOLTON TOWN CENTRE AREA 2018) (AMENDMENT) (NO. ) ORDER 2018 The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, its effect will be as follows:-Deletions:

Revocation of On Street Parking Bay (Pay and Display) (8.30am - 6pm Mon - Sat) (Max stay 2 hours no return within 2 hours)

Bolton:

Soho St, west side, from a point 9m south of its junction with Great Moor St For a distance of 70m in a westerly direction.

Revocation of Disabled Persons On-Street Parking Bay (all hours)

Ashburner St, north side, from a point 6m east of its junction with Blackhorse

St to a point 25m east of its junction with Blackhorse St.

Additions:

Promotion of On-Street Parking Bay (Pay and Display) (8.30am - 6pm Mon - Sat) (Max Stay 2 hours no return within 2 hours)

Bolton:

Soho St, east side, from a point 2m south of the extended southerly kerbline

of Markland St for a distance of 19m in a southerly direction.

Back Soho St, east side, from a point 12m north of the extended northerly

kerbline of Section St to its junction with Markland St.

Soho St (West), north side, for its full length.

This Order shall revoke Schedule 3 to The County Borough of Bolton (Various

Roads) (Traffic Regulation) (No.3) Order 1970.

Additions:

Markland St from Back Soho St to Newport St. Permitted direction of travel is Eastwards only. Section St for its full length. Permitted direction of travel is Westwards only. Back Soho St from Section St to Markland St. Permitted direction of travel is Northwards only. THE BOLTON (NELSON SQUARE) (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) (NO.) ORDER 2018

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984, its effect will be as follows:-

Deletions:

This Order shall revoke Schedule 4 to the Bolton (Bolton Town Centre North) (Moving Traffic) (Amendment and Revocation) (No.23) Order 2010. This Order shall revoke The Bolton (Nelson Square, Bolton) (Prohibition of Motor Vehicles Except Taxis) (No.59) Order 2009. Additions:

Prohibition of Driving 9pm - Midnight and Midnight - 5am Nelson Square (Southern Carriageway) from its junction with Bradshawgate for a distance of 3m in a Westerly direction for its full width.
