DAVENPORT GDNS TEMPORARY CLOSURE

THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14 THE BOLTON (DAVENPORT GARDENS) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.101) ORDER 2018 The Council intends to make an order not less than seven days from this date, the effect of which, being operative from 14 August 2018, will be to prohibit all traffic from proceeding on Davenport Gardens, from Kent Street for 100m in a southerly direction. Access to residents will be maintained. The order is necessary due to electricity works which will last for approximately 1 week and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
