BLACKHORSE ST. TEMPORARY ONE-WAY

THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14 THE BOLTON (BLACKHORSE STREET) (TEMPORARY ONE WAY TRAFFIC) (NO.93) ORDER 2018 The Council intends to make an order not less than seven days from this date, the effect of which, being operative from 19 August 2018, will be to implement a one-way traffic restriction on Blackhorse Street, from Trinity St to Morrisons access road, between 8am and 5pm, permitted direction northbound. Alternative route will be signposted. The order is necessary due to manhole repair works which will last for approximately 1 day and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
