MOSS LANE TEMPORARY CLOSURE

THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14 THE BOLTON (MOSS LANE) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (N0.103) ORDER 2018 The Council has made an order, the effect of which, being operative from 3 September 2018, will be to prohibit all traffic from proceeding on Moss Lane, from Smithills Croft Rd to Moss Bank Way. Alternative route will be via Smithills Dean Rd. The order Is necessary due to resurfacing works which will last for approximately 4 weeks and will cease to have effect 18 months from Its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
