THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14 THE BOLTON (MOSS BANK WAY / TEMPLE ROAD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF RIGHT TURN) (NO.132) ORDER 2018 The Council Intends to make an order not less than seven days from this date, the effect of which, being operative from 26 November 2018, will be to prohibit right turn movements on Moss Bank Way, at its junction with Temple Rd and on Temple Road, at its junction with Moss Bank Way. Alternative route will be via Blackburn Rd, Belmont Rd, Lawson St. The order is necessary due to gas works which will last for approximately 5 days and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
