NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 123(2A) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 (AS AMENDED)

NOTICE OF INTENDED DISPOSAL OF AREAS OF OPEN SPACE

Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of Bolton ("the Council") intends to dispose of interests in land that includes areas of open space at the following locations:

Land South of Horwich Locomotive Works, Horwich, Bolton (LS/ RB/075700)

Plans showing the areas to be included in the disposals can be inspected during regular opening hours at the One Stop Shop, the Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1 RU. A copy of this Notice and the above mentioned plans are available at: http://www.bolton.gov.uk/website/Pages/Disposalofparksandopenspaces.aspx

Any objections to the intended disposals must be made in writing and addressed to Helen Gorman, Borough Solicitor, Bolton Council, Legal Services Town Hall, Bolton BL11 RU, or bye-mail to legal.services@bolton.gov.uk bearing the reference (see above) by no later than 3rd January 2019.

All objections received will then be considered by the Council.

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, its effect will be as follows:-

St Marks Street, Coe Street, Cochrane Street, Nile Street, Sidney Street, Fletcher Street, Adam Street, Lecturers Close, Green Lane, Woodgate Street, Rothwell Street, Viking Street.
