BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON THE BOLTON (RALEIGH CLOSE, HORWICH, BOLTON) (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING)(N0.1) ORDER 2019

The Council have made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984; operative from 18th January, 2019 its effect will be the prohibition of driving on a length of road at Raleigh Close, from a point 9 metres west of its intersection with the extended westerly kerbline of Panton Street, for a distance of 1 metre as specified in the Order.

A copy of the Order, plans and statement of reasons may be viewed at Highways and Engineering Division, 3rd Floor, Paderborn House, Civic Centre, Bolton, during office hours (by tel. 01204 336677). Anybody wishing to question the Order's provisions or validity may, within 6 weeks from the 10th January, 2019 apply to the High Court for this purpose.

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation

Library Street West Side - from a point 5 metres north of its junction with Market Street to a point 17 metres north of its junction with Market Street Library Street West Side - from a point 29 metres north of its junction with Market Street to a point 42 metres north of its junction with Market Street Revocation no-waiting at any time restrictions
Library Street West Side - from its junction with Market Street for a distance of 5 metres north
Revocation of no-waiting Mon-Sat 8am-6pm
Library Street West Side - from a point 17 metres north of its junction with Market Street to a point 29 metres north of its junction with Market Street
Additions:
Promotion of no waiting at any time restrictions
Library Street West Side - from the intersection of the extended northerly kerbline of Market Street for a distance of 17 metres in a northerly direction Promotion of no waiting Mon-Sat 8am-6pm
Library Street West Side - from a point 17 metres north of its intersection with the extended northerly kerbline of Market Street to the extent of the public highway limit
