THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON THE BOLTON (REGULATION OF WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2015 (LIBRARY STREET, WESTHOUGHTON) (AMENDMENT) (NO.2) ORDER 2019

The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, its effect, which will be operative from 22nd February 2019, will be as follows:

Deletions:

Revocation of limited waiting 40 minutes no return 1 hour 20 mins Mon-Sat 8am - 6pm

Bolton:

Library Street West Side - from a point 5 metres north of its junction with Market Street to a point 17 metres north of its junction with Market Street Library Street West Side - from a point 29 metres north of its junction with Market Street to a point 42 metres north of its junction with Market Street Revocation - no-waiting at any time restrictions Library Street West Side - from its junction with Market Street for a distance of 5 metres north

Revocation of no-waiting Mon-Sat 8am-6pm

Library Street West Side - from a point 17 metres north of its junction with Market Street to a point 29 metres north of its junction with Market Street

Additions:

Promotion of no waiting at any time restrictions

Library Street West Side - from the intersection of the extended northerly kerbline of Market Street for a distance of 17 metres in a northerly direction Promotion of no waiting Mon-Sat 8am-6pm

Library Street West Side - from a point 17 metres north of its intersection with the extended northerly kerbline of Market Street to the extent of the public highway limit

Anybody wishing to question the Order's provisions or validity may, within six weeks from the 15th February 2019, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
