THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14 LOCK LANE - TEMPORARY CLOSURE The Council has made an order, operative from 8 March 2019 for 3 weeks approx, the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic from proceeding on Lock Lane, from Hornby Drive for 600m in a north-westerly direction, to enable gas mains works to take place. Alternative route will be via Wigan Rd, Beaumont Rd, Junction Rd West, Tempest Rd. The Order will end after 18 months or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
