BLACKBURN ROAD AREA THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14 BLACKBURN ROAD SIDE STREETS -TEMPORARY CLOSURES The Council has made an order, the effect of which, being operative from 6 May 2019, will be to prohibit all traffic from proceeding on the following streets, at their junction with Blackburn Road. Crumpsall St / Baythorpe St: 6 May - 24 June Prospect St / BK Prospect St / Draycott St / Warburton St: 2Sep - 24 Oct Alternative routes will be signed.
