THE FOLLOWING PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT DOES NOT ACCORD WITH THE PROVISION OF THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN IN FORCE IN THE AREA IN WHICH THE LAND TO WHICH THE APPLICATION RELATES IS SITUATED: 05878/19 SMITHILLS OPEN FARM, SMITHILLS DEAN ROAD, BOLTON, BL1 7NS RETENTION OF LAND FOR USE AS 215 SPACE CAR PARK ANCILLARY TO OPERATION OF SMITHILLS OPEN FARM.
