THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14 DRUMMOND STREET-TEMPORARY CLOSURE The Council has made an order, operative from 12 May 2019 for 1 day approx, the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic from proceeding on Drummond Street, between Warwick St and its junction with Moss Bank Way, to enable manhole repair works to take place. Alternative route will be signposted. The Order will end after 18 months or on completion of the works whichever first occurs. Bolton Council. 3 May 2019.
