THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14 MOSS BANK WAY & THORNS CLOSE -TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS The Council intends to make an order, operative From 27 May 2019 for 2 weeks approx, the effect of which will be as follows: TEMPORARY NO RIGHT TURN Moss Bank Way into Thorns Close, Moss Bank Way into the access road to footpath BOL078, Thorns Close into Moss Bank Way, Access Road to BOL078 into Moss Bank Way. TEMPORARY 20MPH SPEED LIMIT Moss Bank Way from 150m west of, to 150m east of Thorns Close. This is to enable utility works to take place. Alternative routes will be signposted. The Order will end after 18 months or on completion of the works whichever first occurs. Bolton Council. 7 May 2019.
