ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) THE BOLTON (PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO.101 WESTHOUGHTON) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.) ORDER 2019 The Borough Council of Bolton intends to make an Order not less than seven days from the date of this Notice.

The effect of which will be operative from 20th May 2019 and will prohibit all pedestrian traffic from using Public Footpath No.101 Westhoughton commencing from Cherwell Road, point A at grid reference SD 365910 406526 in a generally Southerly direction to point B at the junction with public footpaths Westhoughton 102 & 103 at grid reference SD 365903 406492 as shown by the bold black line on the Order plan 1Wes101 over a total distance of approximately 34 metres. Alternative route commencing from Cherwell Road, point A at grid reference SD 365910 406526; Greensbridge Gardens, then public footbath Westhoughton 102 to point B at grid reference SD 365902 406492 as shown by the blue line with arrowheads on the Order plan 1Wes101. The Order is necessary to facilitate footpath excavation works and will continue to the 10th June 2019, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 9th May 2019
