LEIGH RD, WESTHOUGHTON THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14 LEIGH ROAD, WESTHOUGHTON -TEMPORARY CLOSURE The Council intends to make an order, operative from 1 June 2019 for approximately 2 Saturdays, the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic from proceeding on Leigh Road, between Mabel St and Hartford Rd, to enable structural assessment works to take place. Alternative route will be via Cricketers Way, Wigan Rd, Wearish Lane, Hindley Rd. The Order will end after 18 months or on completion of the works whichever first occurs. Bolton Council. 10 May 2019.
