THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14 BOLTON ROAD, WESTHOUGHTON -TEMPORARY CLOSURE The Council has made an order, operative from 19 May 2019 for 1 day approx, the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic from proceeding on Bolton Road, from Manchester Rd to Chew Moor Lane, and also from Manchester Rd to Molyneux Rd to enable resurfacing works to take place. Alternative route will be signposted. The Order will end after 18 months or on completion of the works whichever first occurs. Bolton Council. 13 May 2019.
