ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE BOLTON (PUBLIC FOOTPATH LITTLE LEVER 011) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.) ORDER 2019 The Borough Council of Bolton intends to make an Order not less than seven days from the date of this Notice.

The effect which will be operative from 10th June 2019 and will prohibit all pedestrian traffic from using Public Footpath Little Lever 011 commencing from Victory Road, point A at grid reference SD 375435 407674 in a generally south westerly direction to point B at grid reference SD 375371 407626 as shown by the bold black line on the Order plan 1UL011 over a total distance of approximately 84 metres. An alternative route is provided commencing from Victory Road, point A at grid reference SD 375435 407674; public footpath Little Lever 012; Ainsworth Road; Lever Street then public footpath Little Lever 014 to point B at grid reference SD 375371 407626 as shown by the blue line with arrowheads on the Order Plan 1 LiL011. The Order is necessary to facilitate the construction of new dwellings and will continue for 6 months or until the works are completed whichever is the earlier.
