Carlisle businesses are preparing to go head-to-head for the inaugural Kingmoor Cup on Friday.
Kingmoor Park, Thomas Graham, Cubby Construction, Dodd & Co, Baines Wilson, NXT Recruitment, Cumberland Building Society, RAW Insurance, Armstrong Watson and Bruce and Luke’s Coffee will compete in the event.
It is being held in support of Carlisle Youth Zone and is part of Kingmoor Park's 20th anniversary celebrations.
Teams of six will compete in seven rounds of challenges, including inflatable assault courses, bushtucker trials and a scrapheap challenge
Each team will include two youth zone members and there will be 100 people in the audience cheering the teams on.
Lynsey Buckle, development manager for Carlisle Youth Zone, said: “This is likely to get seriously competitive and not just from our young members point of view.
"We are hoping to have an amazing day. But if you want to see some top business people getting brought down a peg or two then come along. Massive thanks to all these businesses for their support.”
