A Cumbrian accountant firm has been honoured at a prestigious global business awards
Lamont Pridmore, a multi-award-winning firm of Cumbrian accountants with eight branches in Barrow, Carlisle, Penrith, Kendal, Keswick, Workington, Whitehaven and Carnforth in north Lancashire, is celebrating once again after being selected by the judges of the 2020 Global 100 Awards.
The firm has been named as Chartered Accountants and Tax Adviser of the Year in the UK based on their exceptional work supporting clients.
The judges took into consideration client testimonials, the firm’s outstanding reputation and the performance of the practice when selecting it for the national title.
Graham Lamont, Chief Executive at Lamont Pridmore, said: “It is a real honour to be selected from so many firms for this prestigious accolade. Our clients continue to benefit from the advice and support we provide and we take great pride in delivering high-quality services.
“The last few months have been particularly tough for many businesses, especially those affected by the strict lockdown restrictions, and so we hope to continue offering our award-winning advice and support to these businesses in the months to come.”
Lamont Pridmore has already received several awards in the last 12 months for the excellence of its services and hopes its recent work during the current crisis will lead to wider recognition.
Chris Lamont, a Partner at Lamont Pridmore, added: “None of the recognition we have received would be possible with the support and hard work of our amazing team. They always go above and beyond to help our clients and it is clear that the judges have recognised this in awarding us this wonderful title.”
Lamont Pridmore has won a string of more than 20 national and regional accolades in the past seven years including UK firm of the year 2019.
