CUMBRIA Trading Standards have warned residents in the county to watch out for scam emails circulating.
The fake Amazon emails offer people "exclusive rewards"-claiming they will be rewarded through completion of a survey within an hour of receipt.
Action Fraud have reportedly received 220 reports of these emails in just one week.
The link is said to lead to genuine looking websites, however, the sites are asking people for information such as bank details.
Cumbria Trading Standards posted: "Don’t take the bait! The links lead to genuine-looking phishing websites that are designed to steal your Amazon password, personal and financial information!"
If you believe you have received one of these emails you can report it by forwarding the email to: report@phishing.gov.uk
