THE co-founder of Green and Black’s Chocolate will be the guest speaker at an innovation showcase being held in Cumbria this month.
Jo Fairley is now much in demand as an inspirational speaker after becoming the UK’s youngest-ever magazine editor and then co-founding the hugely popular Green & Black’s brand, becoming one of the UK’s leading female entrepreneurs.
She will be the keynote speaker at the Innovation Showcase being held at Energus on September 29 when she will talk about the importance of innovation and branding and also how to cope with change in business.
The free event will also include an exhibition featuring some of Cumbria’s most innovative businesses and organisations who are being given space to showcase their work. It will also give Cumbrian businesses a chance to meet up and network after the easing of restrictions.
Faye Brown, business development and marketing lead, said: “Jo is a highly-acclaimed motivational speaker and I’m really looking forward to hearing the story behind Green & Black’s and her business insights.”
