Travellers are being warned of disruption to bus services.

Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire have confirmed tat services in Workington and Whitehaven will be disrupted as a result of staff shortages.

A spokesman for the firm said: "Due to staff shortages we will have disruption to most of our town service runs in both Workington and Whitehaven today.

"The number 30 service will be heavily disrupted.

"Please accept our apologies for this and we will en-devour to cover as many runs as possible."
