Kirkland News in Kendal is currently on the market for offers around £40,000.
A listing by Blacks Business Brokers said: "This long established business is very well known in this area and has a large, repeat customer base as well as benefitting from a large amount of passing trade due to this superb location."
According to the listing, the current owners took over the business in 2009.
