A SCAFFOLDING company is due to face court after being accused of erecting a structure that obstructed traffic in Kendal.
Supa Scaffold LTD, which has an address listed as Royd Ings Avenue in Keighley, has been accused of erecting scaffolding without a licence and obstructing traffic on two occasions.
The first two charges dates between November 30, 2020 and April 22, 2021 at Highgate.
The other two charges - also erecting scaffolding without a licence and obstructing traffic - dates between July 28 and July 29 on Stricklandgate.
The company is due before South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on November 1 to face all four charges.
