CUMBRIA Local Enterprise Partnership (CLEP) is encouraging Cumbrian businesses to join in Europe Trade Month.
The 'Trade Month' will cover November 2-22 and is focused on supporting businesses to trade with Europe.
Europe Trade Month provides a virtual trade tour to inspire and equip Cumbria’s businesses to trade effectively in Europe.
The programme includes market briefings, sector insights, local experts alongside showcasing opportunities, trends and providing information on the Government support which is available.
Teams in over 30 countries have created this programme of informative and interactive sessions to help businesses sell their goods or services throughout Europe.
CLEP’s Export Manager Sarah Peak, who is on secondment from the Department for International Trade, said: “We want to support all of our businesses in Cumbria to be able grow their business in new markets and this programme provides specific support to trade with Europe.
“Europe Trade Month provides a series of exciting events to help businesses learn more about selling in Europe and connects them with industry specialists.
“This is an excellent opportunity to discover new markets, trends and opportunities, find out what support is available, and hear from European trade experts.”
