A NEW recruit has been added to the line-up at a popular financial advice company as the business expands and its client base grows.
Carlisle-based Rachael Bell Wealth Management has appointed Catrina Beattie to offer vital administrative support.
Catrina, a recent graduate of the University of Cumbria, will help to ensure practice life runs smoothly working alongside Client Experience Director Pam Brown and Operations Manager Gemma Brodie.
She said: “I have learned so much in my first couple of weeks and am loving my new role. It is completely different to what I have been studying at university and is really interesting.
“The team is amazing and they have made me feel really welcome; I can see already that I will learn a lot from them.
“I love the structured nature of the work; everything is planned and organised so well. My role will be to help with that, ultimately freeing up the time of the financial advisors.”
Rachael Bell Wealth Management offers advice in the areas of pensions, investments, tax planning, inter-generational planning, retirement and business financial strategy.
They work with business owners, senior managers and young professionals to help them plan and invest in a way that suits their life and retirement goals.
The team - Practice Principal Rachael along with Pam, Gemma, Catrina and financial adviser Abigail O’Brien - have a growing reputation for delivering financial wellbeing sessions for companies across Cumbria.
They also gained recognition last year as they launched the Financial Freedom Podcast across major streaming channels.
Rachael said: “Welcoming a new recruit is positive on so many levels. It’s a sign that as a business we are expanding and investing in our team; it is an opportunity to give someone the chance to grow and develop in a new role - and it is fantastic for our clients because it builds more strength in depth.
“I’m so pleased Catrina has joined us. She is a fantastic addition to the team and is already making an impact.”
Outside of work, Catrina - who studied creative writing at university - enjoys writing crime thrillers and walking her family’s four dogs. She is also an avid reader - with Richard Osman currently topping her must-read list.
