Expansion is on the horizon for IT firm Integrity IT Solutions as they appoint a new Head of Operations.
Michael Quinn, a seasoned professional with 30 years of experience in the IT sector, has taken the helm to lead the company's further growth.
With offices in Cumbria, Dumfries and Galloway, Integrity is already serving clients throughout the north of England and Scotland.
Having previously run his own successful IT business, Michael is now focused on expanding Integrity's reach across Glasgow and the rest of the Central Belt, with plans for further growth in other parts of the UK.
Integrity IT Solutions, founded in 2009, offers comprehensive IT services across various sectors, including hospitality, professional services, education, and healthcare.
The company specialises in designing, supplying, supporting, and installing IT systems tailored to the specific needs of their clients.
Michael, from Mauchline, Ayrshire, said: “I have worked in IT for 30 years all across the UK, from London to the north of Scotland, and this was an exciting opportunity to join a growing company.
“Integrity’s customer-focused approach was a great fit for me. Throughout my career I have always been customer focused.
“I see things from the customer’s perspective and always go the extra mile to ensure the customer is looked after and provided with a quality service.”
Many of Michael’s extensive network of clients have already followed him into his new role.
He said: “I’ve focused on building lasting relationships with clients by working onsite with customers in their workplaces so I can fully understand what they need in order to deliver the best IT solutions.
“The hands-on team at Integrity offers a quality, local, personal service and takes pride in listening to, and understanding, its clients.
“I’m looking forward to working with them to create an even bigger and better organisation which is equipped to help businesses meet the IT challenges yet to come.”
Mike Jefferson, Commercial Director at Eco Group, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Michael to the Integrity team. His experience and knowledge will help shape the future of the business and lay the foundations for further success.”
