H&H Land & Estates has announced the appointment of Pauline Carrera-Silva as Residential Lettings Manager.
Pauline will be based at the company's Borderway office in Carlisle.
Her responsibilities will include managing and developing the Lettings Team, as well as assisting the Directors in identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Pauline will continue to represent the professional body, Propertymark, as the Regional Executive for Lancashire and Cumbria.
Mark Johnson, the Managing Director of H&H Land & Estates, said: “Managing our Residential Lettings operation demands a comprehensive knowledge of technical and legal detail, a tight grasp of increasingly sophisticated management systems, and the inter-personal skills to lead our existing team and to build relationships with existing and new clients. Pauline has the complete skill set, and her appointment adds to the breadth and depth of value we can offer our clients.”
Pauline began her career in 1997 as a junior with a Warwickshire agency, working her way up to Lettings Manager, where she remained for over 20 years.
Her appointment by H&H Land & Estates allowed her to fulfil her long-held dream of relocating to Cumbria.
She said: “It has always been my aim to deliver the best possible lettings management service to both landlords and tenants. That’s something I know I can take to a new level with such a progressive company as H&H Land & Estates, and I’m looking forward very much to working with the team here to help achieve the highest standards of professional service for all our clients.”
