Craig Wright, former president of the National Federation of Builders for the North East, has joined Genesis Homes as Customer Care Manager.

Appointed by the Cumbrian homebuilder to leverage his extensive industry experience, Craig will ensure customers receive the best service.

He said: “Customer care is vitally important to a company like Genesis Homes and it is my role to make sure homeowners are completely happy with their new build, and that we can resolve any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner.

“The work the company already does to satisfy purchasers is excellent but there is always room for improvement so I look forward to the challenge of making sure our aftercare package is better than it ever has been.

“Already, I have found that customers have been pleasantly surprised by my knowledge of the industry and this will ensure that any issues raised with us are dealt with in the quickest time possible, and with high levels of care and attention."

Craig contacted Genesis Homes after driving past its 'contemporary' new Penrith office, wanting to find out more.

This lead to a conversation with Managing Director John Blue about potential opportunities.
