A free seminar to give Kendal business owners expert advice on how to grow their businesses is being held on March 11.
Organised by the town’s Business Improvement District (BID), the Six steps to grow your business event, funded by BID, will take place at Stricklandgate House from 9.30am to 12.30pm.
Rob MacDonald of Action Coach Lancaster, who will host the seminar, said: "Those who attend will walk away with energy, vision and focus to grow their business and strategies to build profits right away.
“They will also have ideas to get more done in less time and will have learned ways to communicate and motive more effectively with their team.”
The first-time face-to-face training opportunity is free for Kendal BID members and £40 for non-members.
The session aims to equip attendees with tools to achieve their goals faster.
Mr MacDonald, who is a business growth coach, said: "People who attend will leave with proven ideas on how to increase their business profits and make their team more efficient.
"They will learn to work less and enjoy life more, leaving the seminar with a clearer direction and new tools to achieve their goals faster.
"We will also show them how to attract, retain and motivate to get the very best cost-effective team."
Peter Brendling, manager of Kendal BID, said: "A lot of businesses are finding times difficult at the moment and anything Kendal BID can do to help and improve business for owners had to be a good thing."
