An estate agents has welcomed back a former employee after a short time away.

C&D Rural are has announced the return of Nick Scholefield MRICS to its growing team.

Following on from sustained growth within the land agency, Mr Scholefield will once again take the helm of the surveying team and grow C&D's services in the Penrith area.

He undertakes all aspects of valuations, landlord and tenant matters, compensation claims, sales and lettings, planning and independent farm building advice.

He has a varied land agency and valuation background with many years of experience behind him.

Prior to his initial stint with C&D Rural, he was the resident estate manager for a large farming and commercial estate and also operated his own company.

He has designed several new farms and many new buildings over the last 30 years as well as providing other land-based advice and valuations.

Mr Scholefield is one of two arrivals, with Linda Gardner having joined the accounts team.

Ms Gardner previously worked for 11 years at H&H Land & Property and will manage the day-to-day running of the rental and sales accounts.

On July 20, Mr Scholefield and the team from C&D Rural will be at Penrith Show.

Since 1988, C&D Rural have provided land and estate agency, valuation and surveying services in Cumbria, Dumfries, Galloway, the Scottish Borders and beyond.
