OEE Container Technology Limited, founded in 2018, is a family-owned, data-driven engineering and manufacturing technology company specialising in the food and beverage packaging industry.

Harrison & Hetherington
Harrison & Hetherington, based in Carlisle, is the UK’s leading livestock marketing company, operating seven auction centres across the north of England and the Scottish Borders, and hosting online sales of livestock, genetics, and machinery.
As a core part of H&H Group PLC's agri-business operations, Harrison & Hetherington plays a vital role in the agricultural community, serving 11,500 customers last year and employing 140 staff.
The business has been trading under the Harrison & Hetherington name for 99 years, though its roots as a Cumbrian auctioneering firm stretch back to the 1870s. With a long-standing reputation for reliability and expertise, it has become a central player in the UK's agricultural sector.
Forth
Forth celebrates its 25th year in business in 2024, marking its most successful year with a team of 48 designers manufacturing and delivering innovative technology to address complex engineering challenges in the UK and internationally.
The company is known for creating bespoke solutions for safety-critical industries and reducing human exposure to hazardous environments. Operating from Flimby, Cleator Moor, and Barrow, Forth serves clients such as Sellafield Ltd, BAE Systems, and Rolls Royce, and has expanded its operations in Cumbria and abroad, including plans for new ventures in Malta.
In the past year, Forth achieved a 50 per cent increase in turnover to £4.56 million and nearly £1 million in gross profits. Under Managing Director Mark Telford, a strong advocate for Cumbria, Forth has positioned itself as a leader in engineering innovation. A significant achievement includes its role in the pan-European RESURGAM project, which developed revolutionary welding technology for maritime repairs, involving partners from across Europe.
Forth has also advanced its presence in nuclear decommissioning, developing technologies like the skip-tipping solution for Sellafield, which reduces risk and costs. Additionally, Forth secured contracts with Magnox for water and waste management technologies at UK sites, further establishing its expertise in nuclear decommissioning.
Expanding into new markets, Forth launched Forth Fabrications in Barrow to support BAE Systems and other industries, creating new jobs and enhancing its service capabilities. Telford’s vision extends beyond business, as he champions regional economic regeneration and supports local initiatives, underscoring his commitment to both the community and industry.
