HERE is everything you need to know ahead of Cumbria's prestigious business awards taking place next month.

After listening to your feedback, Newsquest Cumbria has designed what hopes will be a 'truly memorable experience for all'.

With an exciting night of entertainment planned, the in-Cumbria magazine business awards team is certain it will be one to remember.

The stunning backdrop for the evening on Friday, November 29 will be Dalston Hall, recently named the Best Countryside Wedding Venue at the North of England Wedding Awards.

Headline sponsor for the awards is NRL and category sponsors are BAE Systems, The Cumberland, David Allen, Cartmell Shepherd, Rachael Bell Wealth Management, Lamont Pridmore, React Engineering, University of Cumbria and 32 West.

Dalston Hall, a historic and enchanting venue in the heart of Cumbria, will offer guests an exclusive experience, showcasing the charm and elegance of this magnificent location throughout the event.

The evening will begin with a drinks reception in the Baronial Hall, followed by dinner and the awards ceremony in the grand marquee.

The host for the night is the talented Zara Janjua, a multi-award-winning broadcaster known for her work on national television, radio, and podcasts. Zara’s impressive accolades include BAFTA, RTS and an NTA win as a producer on ITV's This Morning.

After the awards ceremony, the festivities will continue! Guests are invited to head back to the Baronial Hall for live music and a saxophone performance, where they can dance the night away or enjoy the atmosphere from the balcony, head to the main hall to enjoy music and a casino- or stay in the marquee to network.

The bar will remain open until 2am, ensuring plenty of time to enjoy the evening and network.

"To ensure we could accommodate more guests we have moved our venue to the stunning Dalston Hall and added post-awards entertainment – until 2am.
